When we’re in session with our Leaders, our days are packed full of learning. Music, I’ve found, is a great way to inject a bit of lightness and fun. To get everyone up and moving during breaks and connecting with one another, we put together a playlist of our Leaders’ “happy song” choices. It makes everyone laugh when someone shouts, “That’s my song!” and starts grooving at their table. Sometimes it doesn’t matter who picked the tune, people will start singing and dancing their way to the snack table.
