Carole Robin, former Stanford University professor, explains how feedback allows us to know more about ourselves than we ever could on our own. How else can we know how other people receive our actions?

Many people believe that giving feedback harms a relationship, but when delivered well, feedback can and should build connections. Truly listening to other people’s feedback for us opens up the channel for a more effective professional relationship.
