When Allie Martin joined the Holdsworth Campus Leadership Program last year, she was in need of change. After pushing herself to the limits during her first year as a principal at Klenk Elementary in Klein ISD, Allie described herself as a “shell of a human.” The Holdsworth experience has helped Allie find balance and open up to her colleagues, greatly transforming the culture and climate of her school.
