The personal leadership focus in many our programs is often a game changer for new and veteran leaders. At Holdsworth, we continue to look for ways to deepen this meaningful part of the curriculum.

For the most recent cohort of the District Leadership Program (DLP 4) we’ve connected with the Core Leadership Institute to deliver a multi-day session on personal leadership called “Connecting to Your Purpose.”

My journey to my purpose is the light that will lead me forward. It branches to every layer of my leadership and influences how I will grow and lead others moving forward.

Use these new resources to deepen your personal leadership and share with your staff:

  • Read CLI’s recent article about how the landscape of leadership has changed and what it takes to thrive in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex/chaotic & ambiguous) world.
  • Use this assessment to gauge and reconnect to your core purpose.
  • Connect with the Core Leadership Institute and learn more here.

“My journey to my purpose is the light that will lead me forward. It branches to every layer of my leadership and influences how I will grow and lead others moving forward.” – District Leadership Program Graduate
