Alumni: Holdsworth Alumni Speak: A deep dive into the annual alumni survey and upcoming events

Each year we survey nearly 1,000 alumni to understand what continues to inform leadership beyond the program, where they aspire to grow in their role and how to best stay connected (click here to jump to upcoming events).

We are thrilled to hear that 100% of alumni respondents report being stronger leaders because of Holdsworth.

Alumni Survey Participation

  • 43% of Holdsworth Alumni completed the survey last fall
  • 12 cohorts graduated from 45 districts
  • 4 Holdsworth programs including:
    • District Leadership Program
    • Campus Leadership Program
    • Leadership Collaborative
    • Superintendent Leadership Program
  • 100% report being stronger leaders because of their experience in a Holdsworth program
  • A graphic indicating that 95 percent of Campus Leadership Program alumni report consistent use of change leadership practices.
  • 95% of Campus Leadership Program alumni report consistent use of change leadership practices from the program including:
    • Build support for improvement ideas with other staff
    • Conduct root cause analyses before developing improvement ideas
    • Conduct small tests of improvement (PDSA cycles)
    • Clearly define goals and write SMART goals
  • 30% of respondents reported a promotion since program graduation. Keep your information up to date here!
