Last week, we welcomed our third cohort of districts from across the state into the multi-year Holdsworth Partnership. The journey begins with a 2-year District Leadership Program for 36 central office leaders, who will begin the important work of identifying, growing and empowering stronger leaders. Over the next two years, their journey will include learning sessions with some of the nation’s top leadership experts and site visits to study high-performing organizations. Each team will work together to define what great leadership looks like for them, then collaborate on a vision to identify and develop up-and-coming leaders from within the organization.

Scroll through some photos to see their learning in action.
