Learning sessions take place at the Campus on Lake Austin, a one-of-a-kind place dedicated to the idea that public education holds worth.

At Holdsworth, superintendents connect with peers from across the state and hear from top leadership experts who introduce new ideas and push their thinking. They learn and practice essential leadership skills needed to address the unique issues and opportunities within their districts. In addition, superintendents receive executive coaching from Holdsworth Superintendents-in-Residence Dr. Thomas Randle and Dr. Art Cavazos.

The first session took place in late July. Hear what superintendents said about what they hope to get out of the experience.
