Campus Leadership Program
96% of schools who completed the Campus Leadership Program in 2025 improved outcomes for students.
1. Moving the Needle
Dallas
At Walnut Hill, only 10% of a group of 31 third grade English language learners were meeting grade level in math. At the end of the program, 71% scored above grade level.
2. Dallas
Ector County ISD
Ross focused on a group of 26 fourth grade students, none of whom were meeting grade level in math (0%). By the end of the year, 58% of the targeted group were at or above grade level.

Garland ISD
In a group of 76 sixth grade Hispanic students, only 22% were meeting grade level in reading. By the end of the program, that number tripled to 72%.

Laredo ISD
The Cigarroa team identified 29 emergent bilingual students who had had passed the Algebra I state end-of-year test (0%). After Holdsworth, 90% passed the exam, putting them back on track to graduate.

At the beginning of the year, only 13% of a group of 24 special education students were passing the math STAAR test. By the end of the year, the number quadrupled to 58%.

A recent program evaluation showed that leaders who participated in Holdsworth programming had significantly greater longevity.
