Jill Sharp, a performance coach who has worked with Fortune 500 companies, recently delivered a virtual learning session on optimizing energy to Campus Leaders in Holdsworth’s Campus Leadership Program. In the one-hour session, Jill covers nutrition, movement and the science behind managing your energy to stay balanced and strong.

“With the right energy, we can take any obstacle that life throws at us and make it an opportunity,” Jill says.
