J. Puckett has worked over 35 years helping to design impactful strategies and transform large-scale operations in an array of public and private sector organizations, including PK-12 and higher education.

At BCG, a global consulting firm that partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges, Puckett has held leadership roles including Global Leader of BCG U, Global Leader of the Education, Employment and Welfare Practice, Global Leadership Team for the Public Sector Practice, North American Leader for the People and Organization Practice and Dallas Office Leader.

Puckett has served on two World Economic Forum councils (Future of Education and Future of Education, Gender and Work).

He has hands-on experience in business strategy design and implementation, enterprise building, large-scale transformation, talent management and capability building, change management and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to BCG, Puckett worked for IBM. He holds an MBA in finance and management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in computer science and religion from Duke University.
