Great leadership delivers results.

At Holdsworth, we don’t just believe in strong public-school leadership—we prove it. In every district we serve, leaders grow, stay longer, and drive real gains for students.

The Challenge We’re Facing

Impact 1

Educators are leaving the profession

Texas public schools face a growing crisis: educators are leaving faster than districts can replace them. Burnout, lack of support and systemic pressures have created a revolving door of talent in our schools. In Texas, one in five school leaders exits annually.

Impact 2

High turnover disrupts schools

It also leaves districts scrambling to fill classrooms with underprepared teachers, which directly harms students learning. In 2024-25, over half of newly-hired teachers are uncertified.

Impact 3

The path forward begins with strong leadership.

Research consistently shows that strong principals and teachers have a powerful, long-term impact on students.

When leaders know how to support and keep great teachers, schools become places where educators thrive and students succeed. Investing in leadership isn’t optional—it’s essential.

Holdsworth is not a one-time learning experience. It is for lifelong learners who aim to make lasting impacts on students and staff. The quality of the content and vast Holdsworth network is exactly the kind of support campus leaders need.

My work with Holdsworth has awakened me. I came into this program experiencing my role as a job and was beginning to consider looking outside of education. My work with Holdsworth has helped realign me to my purpose and calling.
