Adrian Parker joins the Holdsworth Center from McKinsey & Company, where he worked as a general consultant supporting executive teams to establish and implement programs focused on organizational health and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Adrian’s tenure at McKinsey culminated in a manager role overseeing measurements and insights generation for the global brand marketing team, where he built a robust measurement framework and implemented best practices, empowering the team to understand and leverage data insights effectively.

He started his career as a high school chemistry teacher in Denver, CO. During his tenure, Adrian assumed several district-level leadership roles, including serving as the gifted and talent coordinator, a DEI curriculum leader, and head technology specialist leading a team of 28 in supporting the district’s transition from in-person to virtual, then virtual to hybrid, learning environments.

Adrian holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Colorado Boulder and a master’s degree in education from the Relay Graduate School of Education.

A Colorado native, Adrian loves traveling and learning from other cultures around the world. In Austin, Adrian can be found eating delicious food with friends or hosting a game night or dinner party.
