Ana Gabriela Wong brings experience in account management, customer success and project management in both the private and public sector. Her goal is to collaborate and provide great organizational skills, a strong sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
In previous roles as a software sales professional and senior project manager, Ana acquired fluency in Salesforce, Tableau, Smartsheet, and Oracle, to name a few. Exposure to these business applications sparked a passion to pursue Salesforce Administrator and Project Manager certifications to further expand her IT knowledge and assist teams with software implementation projects.
Ana grew up in Panama before immigrating to Florida at a young age. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in criminology and international studies. Ana also earned a master’s degree in criminology at KU Leuven University in Belgium, where she performed content analysis research on the effects of driving under the influence of drugs, both illegal and legal.
Outside of work, you can find her traveling and expanding her real estate interests.
