Courtney McMillian is an accomplished finance leader with experience across a wide range of industries within private and nonprofit sectors.

Most recently, Courtney spent four years as director of disbursements at a private university, where she oversaw procurement, travel and expense, accounts payable and payroll. She also served as code enforcement officer with the City of Dalhart and lieutenant fire officer with the Dalhart Volunteer Fire Department.

Courtney is passionate about community awareness in child welfare and safety, first aid and fire safety. She enjoys using her experience and training as a first responder helping others. Her volunteer time has been spent helping new adoptive parents formulate strategic plans for fire safety, conducting first aid and fire safety training for schools, daycares, businesses and long-term care communities.
