Namrita Chawla comes to Holdsworth with more than 15 years of experience in research and evaluation and an expertise in applied data analytics to facilitate and support decision making.
She has spent the last eight years working in Texas urban school districts on reform initiatives to improve district systems and student outcomes.
Most recently, Namrita was director of performance management in San Antonio ISD’s Office of Innovation. Prior to that, she worked in the evaluation and assessment department in Dallas ISD.
Namrita holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s in public policy from Pepperdine University.
She grew up in Oklahoma and went to an international high school in New Delhi, India, which gave her a deeper understanding of other cultures and perspectives.
Outside of work, Namrita enjoys dinners with friends, swimming, writing and discovering new playgrounds and parks with her son.
