Rosa Marroquín joins Holdsworth with more 10 years of experience in nonprofit development.

Most recently, Rosa worked for the University of St. Thomas, where she led the advancement services team responsible for database management, advancement reporting, gift processing and prospect management.

She began her career in development with the University Catholic Center at The University of Texas at Austin. After a few years, she moved back to Houston where she worked with Memorial Hermann Foundation and University of St. Thomas.

Rosa has also dedicated her time to serving as a board of directors and charter committee member of Mu Epsilon Theta. During her tenure, Rosa re-instated the sorority, led expansion efforts establishing three new chapters, and co-founded a foundation to provide academic scholarships to its members and support the mission of the sorority.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in management information systems from The University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in communication from the University of St. Thomas.
