Holdsworth Expands Access to Leadership Programs

At The Holdsworth Center, we believe strong leadership is the key to unlocking student success. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce a major milestone: In 2026, applications for our Campus Leadership Program will be open to all public schools in Texas.

This expansion is a bold step toward ensuring every school has access to the tools, coaching and support needed to build thriving leadership teams.

The 2-year Campus Leadership Program equips principals and their teams with skills to drive meaningful change and includes executive coaching, sessions with world-class faculty, and real-world problem-solving strategies used by top-performing organizations.

But that’s just one part of our broader vision. Over the next year, we’re also:

Building Stronger Principals: In addition to expanding the Campus Leadership Program, we’ve launched a new Aspiring Principal Program in the Permian Basin to support emerging leaders early in their journey.

Building Stronger Superintendents: We’re developing a suite of offerings to transform how superintendents are identified, developed, and supported. Our aim is to prepare aspiring superintendents for the realities of the job, and soon we’ll be reaching hundreds of future leaders with the support they need to thrive.

Redesigning School Leadership Teams: In 2026, we will launch the School Leadership Blueprint, a multi-year investment to help districts redesign school leadership by changing structures and building skills so that teachers and students thrive. This new effort builds on the foundation of our inaugural Holdsworth Partnership.

We know that with exceptional leaders in place, teachers are more likely to stay in the profession, and students achieve more.

We also know through a recent evaluation study that educators who participated in our programs were significantly more likely to remain in their roles or advance into leadership positions – amplifying their impact over time.
